Prestige Vanity – 1-Year Manufacturer Defect Warranty
Coverage:
Prestige Vanity warrants that your vanity set is free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased new and used under normal household conditions.
What We Cover:
– Structural defects in wood, metal, and assembly
– Faulty hinges, handles, or hardware
– Electrical defects in LED mirror components (if applicable)
What We Don’t Cover:
– Normal wear and tear
– Damage from misuse, abuse, improper assembly, or alterations
– Water damage, heat damage, or exposure to moisture/humidity
– Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, chips) after delivery
– Damage during transportation after delivery
Warranty Claim Process:
1. Provide proof of purchase, photos/video of the defect, and a description of the issue.
2. If approved, Prestige Vanity will repair, replace, or provide equivalent parts at no cost.
Limitations:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Prestige Vanity’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
